Why cap size decides the reorder

In a market where the sheitel is fitted in person, a cap that sits wrong is a return, not a repair. Send the measurements you work to and we cut to them. If a client sits between two sizes, say so on the sheet — we would rather advise a measured cap than ship a standard one that comes back.

Colour and density

Density is the specification buyers under-specify most often. 130% reads natural on a fine-haired client and thin on a coarse one. Tell us the density you sell most and we will keep it as the default on your account.
