What to include
- Construction — lace top, silk top, full hand-tied or topper
- Length — finished length in inches
- Density — 130 / 150 / 180%, or the density you normally sell
- Colour — the code and the base, plus a photo if the name is ambiguous
- Cap — S / M / L, or measurements
- Quantity — the size of the first order you plan to hold
- Destination — city and country, so freight and duties can be quoted properly
